Terms & Conditions for the Hotels within the Mandala Hospitality Group
By booking directly with Mandala Hotels and Resorts and/or their hotel websites, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
General
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service and cancel any reservation that does not meet the following terms and conditions.
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
- Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- A valid credit card and photo ID may be required on arrival.
- If no valid credit card is presented, a cash bond of up to $200 is required.
Cancellation
For full Accommodation Terms & Conditions, please refer to the details provided in your booking confirmation.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time is 2.00 pm.
- Check-out time is 10.00 am.
Changes may be arranged in advance with the hotel and are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
At Check-In
- A valid credit card and photo ID will be required on arrival.
- If no valid credit card is presented, a cash bond of up to $200 is required.
- Third-party credit card payments (chargebacks) may be arranged by contacting the hotel in advance.
Rates and Charges
- Full payment will be charged within 24 hours of arrival unless otherwise stated.
- Visa, MasterCard, and American Express incur a 1.3% surcharge.
- All prices are in Australian dollars, per room, per night, and include GST.
Children
- Children are considered to be aged between 4 and 16 years.
- Children 0–4 years can stay at no charge if in their own cot.
- Portable cots are available for $20.
Additional Beds
- Roll-away beds are not offered.
- Only the Cottage has a sofa bed, which can be made up for $30 (subject to availability).
Guest Liability
Guests are liable for any loss or damage to the room or contents, fair wear and tear accepted.
Guests agree to pay for the entire stay and any additional charges, including but not limited to mini-bar, room service, and other services.
All hotels are non-smoking. A $400 charge applies if smoking occurs in the room to cover cleaning and deodorising.
Guests’ rights are protected under the Civil Laws (Wrongs) Act 2002.
Best Rate Guaranteed
Mandala Hotels and Resorts guarantees guests the best available rate when booking directly via phone, email, or the hotel’s website.
This guarantee does not apply to:
- Unpublished rates or advance purchase offers.
- Rates resulting from currency conversions.
- Comparisons where one rate includes tax and the other excludes tax.
